HALO gave an exciting, entertaining, and beautifully decorated Pre-Valentine party at the Santa Monica Wind Jammers Yacht Club. We had a live performance from Lisa Gaye & Tony Drake, great raffle prizes, delicious food prepared by Omar Briscoe of Les Affaires Event Planning, and of course yours truly.
